Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei

Hi.. does anyone know if this hotel is within walking distance (with luggage) from the airport bus drop off at jiefangbei? Roughly how many minutes?

Also, it seems that most hotels at jiefangbei area are not open for booking yet in January. Does any know roughly when they will open for booking? In general, do they allow luggage storage for a couple of days if I'm returning to their hotel after that?
