On the second day, I moved into a dreamy wooden cabin. At dusk, I soaked in the outdoor wooden tub as twilight painted the bamboo forest indigo. Even more magical was the sunset hot spring atop the hill—a caramel-hued pool surrounded by mountain views. The restaurant’s deep red walls glowed under candlelight, making the scene irresistibly photogenic.
