Before the afternoon tea, there is a ZEN Wellness (meditation) session. This practice helps cleanse your palate, enhancing the flavors of the food. Desserts and savory items are served in original wooden boxes and are prepared under the supervision of fermentation expert Nobuaki Fukuki. The menu is crafted with seasonal changes and physical well-being in mind, offering a new type of health-conscious cuisine. It uses seasonal and local ingredients from Awaji Island, avoiding animal products, eggs, or flour, to nourish both body and soul.
