I stopped by Alchemy for a light meal after yoga 💚
The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, so I felt comfortable even when I came alone. The open, airy layout made it feel less stuffy. The abundance of plants made it feel like I was in nature. 🌴

The salad bar is a self-service option. 🥗
The variety of vegetables, toppings, and dressings allows you to customize your meal to your liking. I paired my quinoa base with chickpeas, avocado, spinach, and sprouts, all with a tahini dressing, and I was very satisfied. 😋

The smoothie bowl I ordered was rich and flavorful. I could definitely tell it was made with healthy ingredients, and the low sweetness gave it a clean finish. 🍌🥥

They only serve plant-based coffee, but the oat milk latte had a subtle, rich flavor. ☕
The staff were friendly and spoke English well, and the fast Wi-Fi made it a great place to work for a bit. 💻

However, the prices are on the high side for Balinese standards. For a salad and a drink, expect to pay around 150,000-200,000 IDR. 💸
