สำหรับชั้นประหยัด (Economy) บนเที่ยวบิน BKK → HKG ของ Emirates มีรีวิวว่า “ค่อนข้างดี” สำหรับเส้นทางสั้น (~2-3 ชั่วโมง) ที่อยู่ในระดับมาตรฐานสูงกว่าสายการบินทั่วไป:
“They have done a brilliant job in seat design, catering, and in-flight entertainment, making this experience one of the best I have had.”

• ถึงแม้จะบินชั้นประหยัด (Economy) ก็รู้สึกว่า “ได้รับมากกว่าที่คาด” ทั้งด้านอาหาร บริการ และความบันเทิง:
“Generous amenities, comfortable seat spacing … excellent food menu, outstanding hospitality” 

• ระบบความบันเทิง (movies, TV, เกม) และบริการเสริม ถูกชมว่าสร้าง “บรรยากาศ” ที่ทำให้เที่ยวบินรู้สึกไม่น่าเบื่อ:
“Just enjoy. … Very good in-flight entertainment. Planes are clean and service is excellent.” 

• เจ้าหน้าที่บนเครื่องในหลายรีวิวได้รับคำชมว่าเป็น “อบอุ่น” และ “ใส่ใจ” โดยเฉพาะในชั้นพรีเมียม:
“Service remains on-demand … travellers … superb.”
