I enjoyed a 60-minute back and neck massage at Let’s Relax Spa Ginza Thonglor in Bangkok's Thonglor branch. I purchased it online in advance for only NT$600, which included a foot wash and two teas before and after, making it quite affordable.

The branch is located inside a Japanese-style hotel. The environment is quiet, beautiful, and clean, without the noise of tourists, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The massage started with a simple foot bath, followed by the massage room. The masseuse's technique was professional, not overly forceful, yet she precisely targeted the sore spots in my neck, shoulders, and back, leaving me almost asleep.

Afterward, there were refreshments in the lounge area. The overall service was attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing. After walking back to the hotel, I felt completely relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing break during their Bangkok trip!
