1 day 1000 images 5th time: RGB

This exhibition invites us to explore the origins of light and explore new dimensions of photographic perception through a powerful and diverse photo installation. Over 1,000 submissions were selected through an open call and curated by the main artist and three judges: Amp - Putthipong Nipphatuthit, Dave - Phasakon Bandasak, and Pok - Waruntorn Kaewkiri.

RGB, or Red, Green, and Blue, is a color system that uses the three primary colors as the foundation for digital image creation and photography. When these colors are combined at different levels, they create an infinite number of new colors, ranging from vibrant tones to deep, murky tones. It's a universal language of vision that conveys meaning and emotion in every photograph we take.

In this exhibition, we'll find photographs of activities, nature, places, people, animals, and objects, told through these three primary colors as a language for telling stories about life and feelings. Some images are presented in a straightforward manner, such as the red tomato reflecting natural freshness, the familiar blue sky, or the green leaves symbolizing life and growth. These images convey color directly from people's perceptions. However, there are also many images that don't accurately depict color. Instead, composition (either intentional or accidental) transforms the image into a new dimension of red, blue, or green, allowing us to experience the meaning of color in a different way.

Explore the world of primary-tone photography through diverse perspectives, potentially giving us a new perspective on the colorful world around us. The exhibition "1 Day, 1,000 Images, 5th Edition: RGB" will open.
