nice coffee

This is a nice place to hang out during the hot afternoons in batam. It has an amazing interior space with a high ceiling which I thought needed more styling. The coffee was actually good but the chocolate cake that I had was a bit dry and ordinary. Ordered scone and single origin roast coffee.

Scone is a little too dry for my liking, and the butter was still hard for me to spread. Would be good that they could spend time to make their whipped butter to serve. The strawberry jam was homemade, and it was lovely. That balance between tanginess and sweetness is en pointe for me.
