“Just after the start of autumn, Olympic Forest Park quietly unfolds a painting—
Coreopsis blooms wildly on the hillside, like a spilled jar of sunshine, each flower shining with golden light✨”
🌼The secret of Coreopsis|This is not a zinnia! It’s the “little sun” of autumn
📍Flower sea location|The “Golden Hillside” in the South Garden of Olympic Forest Park
• Entrance: West Gate of the South Garden (Exit B of Forest Park South Station on Metro Line 8, 5-minute walk).
• Navigation: Enter “Xishitai,” walk 800 meters along the main road, and you’ll see the large golden hillside!
👗Outfit guide|Wear autumn on your body
• Style: Pastoral (floral dress + woven bag), oil painting style (Morandi color long dress + pearl hair accessories).
• Accessories: Straw hat (sun protection and photogenic), scarf (tied around the neck as decoration), bamboo basket (for holding flowers as props).
• Avoid: Pure black or bright pink, which clash with the flower sea; lighter colors look better in photos!
📸Best shooting times|Light is the best filter
• Before 10 AM: Gentle sunlight, dew on petals, hair glows in backlight.
• After 4 PM: Sunset dyes the flower sea warm gold, side light highlights facial contours, skin looks translucent like a peeled egg.
• What about cloudy days: Bring a reflector! It evens out skin tone and makes flower colors richer.
🌸Flower sea photo poses|Natural and effortless
1. Look down and smell flowers: gently touch petals, gaze at flowers or camera, smile sweetly.
2. Throw petals: grab a handful of petals and toss them up, shoot continuously to capture motion, hair and petals flying look lively.
3. Squat by the flowers: squat sideways, one hand touching flowers, the other naturally hanging, legs extended toward the camera to lengthen legs.
4. Back shot: walk toward the flower sea with your back to the camera, skirt fluttering in the wind, capture the moment.
⚠️Real experience tips|These details can save your photos!
1. Mosquito defense: Many mosquitoes in the flowers, wear long pants + spray repellent; if legs are exposed, bring herbal ointment (very effective after bites).
2. Bring props: straw hat, book, picnic basket to avoid empty hands.
3. Wear comfortable shoes: The flower sea is on a hillside with a stone path; high heels will make you question life.
4. Avoid peak times: Weekends are crowded! Recommend going at 8 AM on weekdays to have the whole flower sea to yourself.
