From September 13 to November 30, 2025, the Badaling Great Wall in Beijing welcomes the red leaf season. The autumn scenery at Badaling is unique, with the majestic ancient Great Wall harmoniously blending with the vast red leaves. Due to the high altitude and cool climate, the leaves here change color early and display rich hues. The variety of tree species and altitude differences create a natural gradient of red leaves ranging from orange-red, scarlet to deep purple-red, like a natural palette.
