Busan's Signature Dish: Milmyeon and Recommended Restaurants

Choryang Milmyeon is a well-known local favorite in Busan. It has three locations: near Busan Station, Haeundae, and Mipo. Be prepared for a possible wait if you visit during lunch or dinner on weekends.

On my first day, I arrived at Busan Station via KTX and headed to the Choryang Milmyeon near the station.

Their signature dishes include Bibim Milmyeon (spicy mixed noodles), Mul Milmyeon (cold noodle soup), and Wang Mandu (king-sized dumplings). Personally, I recommend the Bibim Milmyeon over the Mul Milmyeon.
