Excellent Weekend Brunch at Park Hyatt Busan

Visited the Park Hyatt Busan for a weekend brunch and had a fantastic experience! The food was well cooked and very fresh, and they also had alcoholic beverages included. We opted to top up ₩70k per person to have Ruinart Champagne instead as the regular sparkling wine wasn’t very good. Service was also prompt and friendly, with a very elegantly designed dining space and waterfront views.

Highlights:
• Grilled Lobster Tails - nicely charred but still juicy and flavorful
• Snow Crab Legs (Steamed) - probably the best snow crabs I’ve had; these were very sweet and delicate unlike most others that are typically bland and stringy
