This bright pink, seemingly auspicious Ganesha is said to grant wishes three times faster! 🤩

Here are some must-see spots for your Bangkok trip.

📌How to Get There
1) Rottu (Van-type Car)
This is the standard way to get there if you don't have a car and are traveling on your own.

From Ekkamai Bus Terminal, located right next to BTS Ekkamai Station, take the bus bound for Chachoengsao (there's a Pink Ganesha sign in Japanese at the reception desk). It takes about an hour, then transfer to a shared van called a songthaew for about 30 minutes.

Cost: Approximately JPY 950 for both the rotto and songthaew.
Travel Time: 2-3 hours (depending on wait times).

While these are listed as common options for self-guided travel, rottos and songthaews can be difficult to predict when they'll depart, so we recommend them only if you have ample time.

If you want to get around quickly or get there directly, we recommend the taxis and tours listed below.

2) Arrange a Taxi
You can also use the taxi-hailing app Grab!
You can find out the fare and driver information in advance, and you can even enter your destination yourself, making it a safe and convenient option for those who aren't comfortable with the language barrier.
Be careful: It can be difficult to catch a Grab ride back to Bangkok, and negotiating a taxi on the street can be expensive. 😬

Cost: Approximately JPY 5,000 one way (varies depending on the time of day and weather).
Travel Time: Approximately 1.5-2 hours.
