02 Jianshan Lake Park
As Changsha’s second-largest mountain park, Jianshan Lake Park features two key advantages: fewer crowds and beautiful scenery. It’s ideal for relaxing walks and picnics. You can choose a lakeside lawn near the Talent Forest, and in winter, enjoy the stunning dawn redwoods!
03 West Lake Park
Great for cycling, walking, and picnicking. Besides the lake and mountain views of Xianjia Lake and Yuelu Mountain, there’s also a beach park and the popular Dahan Youa inpark, perfect for families with kids to play.
04 Yanghu National Wetland Park
Yanghu offers vast flower fields, picnic-friendly lawns, small forests, a children’s playground, and pedal boats reminiscent of childhood memories. From afar, you might even see birds flying around the Egret Tower.
05 Baxizhou
Baxizhou boasts diverse plant landscapes and complete facilities including parking lots, restrooms, boardwalks, and commercial campsites. The Little Fox Camp here is very popular, with a huge lawn perfect for outdoor sports like frisbee and beanbag toss.
