About 40 minutes' drive north from Naha Airport along National Route 58, the American Village is located on the west side of Chatan Town, Nakagami District. It turns out that this place is an airport of the US military base.

After the U.S. military returned the base to Okinawa in 1981, the area began to be rebuilt with cinemas, shopping malls, restaurants, resort hotels, etc., completely changing the appearance of the area into a commercial complex.

This area is home to U.S. military bases, so it is a special place where Okinawan culture and American culture coexist. The concept of American Village is a unique fusion of American and Okinawan culture. By combining the building's exterior with American architecture, an exotic atmosphere is created.
