A 15th-century manor turned into a luxury hotel, Ellenborough Park is the perfect mix of English history and countryside elegance. Just 5 miles from Cheltenham Spa station and near the famous racecourse, this Grade II*-listed hotel sits on 90 acres of peaceful greenery.

🛏 The hotel features 61 uniquely decorated rooms across four buildings, combining traditional touches like fireplaces and oak beams with modern comforts. I stayed in a garden lodge suite and woke up to birdsong and beautiful views.

Dining was a dream! The Beaufort Dining Room serves elegant modern British dishes. The Horse Box Brasserie is perfect for casual meals. Afternoon tea in the Great Hall, with its chandeliers and velvet chairs, was an absolute highlight. The cocktail bar serves Champagne in a cozy lounge.

The spa has everything—heated outdoor pool (even in winter!), indoor sauna, steam room, and Elemis treatments. I loved the Spa Garden Retreat, with its private hot tub and sauna in a hidden walled garden.

It's pet-friendly too! Special rooms, treats, and even a dog afternoon tea made my pup feel like royalty.
