Ristr8to, which first opened in Nimmanhaemin, Chiang Mai in 2011, is a coffee master who has won several awards at the World Latte Art Championships and various latte art competitions held domestically and internationally. Currently, they operate several branches including the main Ristr8to Original, Roast8ry Lab, and Coffee Flagship Store, and as their awards show, they offer the best coffee by paying attention to everything from purchasing coffee beans to roasting, as well as their unique latte art. I ordered their signature menu, Ristr8to Shake (ristretto shake/100 baht). The taste was similar to Starbucks double shot latte or dolce latte, and it had a rich and sweet taste that seemed to have been shaken to beat the heat.
