Recommended cafe in Chiang Mai, Transit Number 8. Has anyone been there?

Ambience/Location - The atmosphere is great, with a wonderful coffee aroma. The cafe is beautifully decorated and has multiple zones. I love the Japanese-style exterior design, with plenty of photo spots. Content creators definitely won't be disappointed. The staff is excellent. We've been there twice, and the cafe is constantly being renovated, which is amazing. The only downside is that parking is difficult to find.
