This accommodation is located outside of Chiang Mai city, not too far from the city center. It's easily accessible, and it's near the convention center and sports stadium on the way to Mae Rim. We booked one night during my official visit to Chiang Mai province. The price was 700 baht per room, which wasn't expensive at all. We got the discount because we were eligible for government employee benefits, but for the average citizen, it's still affordable, around 1,000 baht during low season. The room was relatively clean, though the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool. The room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly.

The room was large, spacious, and had a great view. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a wide selection. There was a swimming pool, river view, and Doi Suthep view.
