This Amazake ice cream is made from the lees left over from sake brewing at Asahikawa Shuzo, Takasago Shuzo, and is blended with Jersey milk from Biei and fresh cream.
Amazake is known as "a drinkable drop" and leaves you feeling refreshed.

Hokkaido Flat-Fed Fertilized Eggs
Using a homemade feed primarily made with Hokkaido grains, and raised in a comfortable environment in open-feed chicken coops, these eggs are soft-boiled and topped with yogurt sauce.

Yoichi Pork Sausage
Juicy sausage made from pork from Yoichi, Hokkaido. The meat is chewy and fragrant.
