The **wonja noodles (丸子面)** I had at Chongqing Xiaomyeon had a rich, spicy broth,
and every bite, from the noodles to the wonja, was deeply flavorful.
The noodles were chewy, and the wonja were springy yet soft. I finished the bowl in no time!

The fried injeolmi I ordered had a texture similar to Korean rice cakes.
It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it the perfect snack.
The ending was perfect.
