☕ Hoshino Coffee Kumamoto — Comfort Food in Cozy Privacy

We had breakfast at Hoshino Coffee (Sugawaramachi, Kumamoto) as part of our usual routine when in Japan. This time, we were a group of seven, and to our pleasant surprise, the staff arranged for us to be seated in a private room. That little touch of hospitality made a huge difference—allowing us to enjoy our morning meal in comfort and privacy, without feeling rushed or crowded.
The cozy interior and signature vintage charm that Hoshino Coffee is known for were present here too, with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We ordered our regulars—fluffy pancakes, thick-cut toast with boiled eggs, and, of course, their aromatic hand-drip coffee. Everything came out warm, fresh, and just the way we liked it.
Service was smooth and friendly, and even with a large group, everything was handled with care and attention. Definitely a great place to start your day in Kumamoto, especially if you’re traveling as a family or in a group.
