I use PickMe for taxis, including tuktuk. If you are worried about not having change, you can bind a credit card to debit. If you give cash, the driver will return the change, but it is better to prepare just enough fare.

One advantage of PickMe is that, for example, if I want to go from the hotel to the mall but I want to stop at the mosque to take pictures, I can include the mosque in the itinerary before booking the tuktuk. Then the driver will take us to the mosque for a few minutes to let us check in and take pictures, and then get on the car to the next location.
