The final stop of our Nordic tour is Copenhagen, Denmark! 🇩🇰
From Japan, direct flights by JAL and SAS (Narita ⇔ Copenhagen, approximately 11 hours) are convenient. ✈️ There are also plenty of connecting flights from major European cities like Helsinki and Frankfurt, making it perfect for a multi-country trip! 💖
Upon arrival, head straight to the city center's "Strøget Street." 👟 As one of Europe's longest pedestrian streets, you can enjoy shopping at places like the Danish interior brand "HAY House" and the flagship store of the globally popular "LEGO." 🛍
Next, you can't miss "Nyhavn." 🌈 This 17th-century harbor town is famous for its colorful buildings lining the canal, a scene often featured on guidebook covers. 📸 Enjoy the view of the canal from the terrace seats of the restaurants! ✨
For lunch, "TorvehallerneKBH" is a must-visit. 🍽️ This food market, with around 80 stalls and shops, offers a variety of options, including Denmark's traditional dish "Smørrebrød" (open-faced sandwiches). 🐟 The vibrant toppings like seafood and cheese are not only delicious but also Instagram-worthy! 💯
In the evening, head to "Tivoli Gardens." 🎡 Opened in 1843, it is one of the world's oldest amusement parks. At night, the enchanting illuminations create a magical atmosphere. ✨ Note that the park has limited opening periods and is often closed in winter, so be sure to check in advance! 🔍
👉 In Part 2, we'll dive deeper into the city with visits to bakeries, the Little Mermaid statue, and more!
