Family friendly Enchanted Walk and Wombats sightings

The Enchanted Walk is a short, 1.1 km loop near Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge in Tasmania. It’s easy, family-friendly, and takes about 20 minutes. The trail winds through mossy rainforest along Pencil Pine Creek and features fun tunnels for kids.

It’s one of the best spots to see wombats, especially in the late afternoon. You may also spot wallabies, pademelons, and even platypuses
