Dali Erhai Lake and My Love for the Sea

How can you visit Dali without experiencing a sea view room at Erhai Lake!? This Douhua Guesthouse is breathtakingly beautiful!

The basement-level restaurant offers dining, coffee, and drinks. Looking up, you see blue skies, white clouds, Cangshan Mountain, and Erhai Lake. It's so beautiful I want to move my home to their basement! On clear days, you can see stunning sunsets 🌇 and after 8 PM, the sea turns a beautiful blue—truly amazing and perfect for photos!

I stayed in the sea view king room, facing the sea with almost an entire wall of windows. Lying in bed, you can see Erhai Lake. The bedding is very comfortable, and I slept very well!

The breakfast is nutritious and healthy, including local Dali yogurt. The owner is really thoughtful!
