Dingshu Autumn Travel Guide is now online

In Dingshu, autumn is a "living" letter being sent to you. The ancient ginkgo branches of Lanyou stretch out, golden leaves gently falling like a gilded rice paper spread across the earth. When the wind blows, the whole tree rings with golden bells, a private whisper between the ancient trees and autumn light, with every leaf carrying a countryside story. The old osmanthus at Dongpo Academy is covered with tiny golden stamens, and when the wind blows, it rains "golden drops" that fall on the bluestone slabs and the eaves of the ancient pavilion, where the scent of ink mingles with the fragrance of osmanthus. The small Great Wall winds over the autumn mountains; standing on the battlements, the mountains dyed in layers of color stretch to the horizon. The wind carries the scent of the wild mountains, and every breath is filled with the poetic vastness of rivers and mountains. In Lianhuadang’s Liuliu Island, the clear lake reflects the blue sky, and the roadside Chinese scholar trees hang clusters of red seed pods, like little lanterns scattered on the branches. The Taihu Greenway stretches out the feeling of autumn, with reeds blooming like white frost, and ginkgo and dawn redwoods dyeing the greenway into a colorful ribbon. Cyclists passing by startle water birds skimming the lake surface. Come to Dingshu and catch this gentle gift from autumn, experiencing the unique autumn scenery where ancient trees and culture coexist, and mountains and lakes embrace each other!
