So far🌈 I have discovered an amazing city for family trips — Chongzuo, Guangxi!
If you want to take the kids on a summer vacation, places like Sanya and Xishuangbanna are too crowded and overwhelming😮💨. After a long time of planning, I decided to head to Chongzuo🌿. This place is seriously an underrated border town and an excellent treasure spot for kids! We stayed at the super family-friendly Zaiye Suji, where the overall style feels like a Southeast Asian resort, surrounded by tropical rainforest plants. The rooms look like cute big mushrooms🍄, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale world~

💁♀ Here are some tips after coming back⚠
✔ Chongzuo has no airport❌, ✈ it’s recommended to fly directly to Nanning, then take the high-speed train to Chongzuo
✔ It’s best to book hotels and tickets in advance, or they will be expensive and hard to get
✔ Detian Waterfall is in dry season during winter, 💦 summer is more spectacular. Water is released from 12 to 14 o’clock, and when the water flow is strong, the scenery is breathtaking🌈!
✔ You must take the bamboo raft at Detian! The opposite side of the lake is Vietnam, and you can experience the waterfall’s power up close~
✔ It’s windy when the boat sets off, so wear a windproof jacket and hat, and apply physical sun protection
