Summer in the Dolomites, which runs from June to September, offers a majestic contrast to the typically hot Italian summers. The mountain range becomes an outdoor enthusiast's playground with lush valleys, wildflower-filled meadows, and excellent conditions for hiking, climbing, and cycling. This is an excellent time for visiting the Dolomites, particularly for wildflower viewing. The weather is warm, but it is less crowded than in July and August. At higher elevations, some snow may still be present.
