Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Dubai

I visited in late April. Upon entering this beautiful hotel at 9:30 am， the reception area impressed me with its Egyptian-themed， pyramid shape. The space was immense， well-lit， and stunning. We checked in immediately and were shown to our room， which was spacious and beautiful. The room featured a seating area convertible to a bed and floor-to-ceiling windows， plus a large balcony overlooking the Sofitel obelisk. The king-size bed had premium bedding and a pillow menu. Tea and coffee amenities， including a coffee machine， were available along with a paid mini bar. The bathroom was sizable， with a bathtub and rainfall shower， stocked with Floris toiletries. It offered soft towels， a quality hairdryer， a vanity mirror， and dual sinks. We had butler service， with Jahangir Alam offering excellent， friendly service. Our housekeepers， Krishna and Nilam， kept everything spotless and provided thoughtful touches like bottled water by the bed. Numerous 3-pin plugs were convenient for UK travelers. Despite the hotel being busy with a large group， Miss Anuja quickly resolved issues with great care and dedication. The pool area became our daily spot since the hotel lacks a beach. There， we met Mohit， an incredibly efficient waiter， and Dilip， who always helped with seating. Dhani and Hasan were equally attentive， serving food and drinks poolside. The hotel offered cabanas with refreshing poke bowls. The spa and gym areas were well-equipped and clean， with free amenities like a steam room and sauna. Veni and Eiasa provided remarkable customer service， focused on enhancing our stay. The hotel food stood out， especially at Solo， the Italian restaurant， where manager Abhay ensured a perfect dining experience. Breakfast was superb， with a buffet and à la carte options. Akbar Hussain provided excellent service both at breakfast and by the pool. We enjoyed the 10th-floor club lounge's relaxing atmosphere， with teas， coffees， and afternoon tea， served by the friendly Donna and Jamuna.Two Mohameds at the concierge assisted us warmly， and Ibrahim at reception kindly arranged a late checkout. Throughout our stay at Raffles， we experienced the best service， which truly sets this hotel apart. The friendly Pakistani security guard also added to our positive experience.
