Big Lagoon

#summervacay Big Lagoon in El Nido is one of those places that seriously messes with your idea of reality. Like, how is this even real? You cruise in through this narrow entrance and then huge turquoise lagoon surrounded by towering limestone cliffs that look like something straight outta Avatar.

Kayaking here is a must. The water is glassy and super clear, so you’re just floating through paradise, spotting fish and corals below while being hugged by giant rock walls. It’s calm, quiet, and lowkey magical. You’ll 100% want to pause and just float there, soaking it all in.

It’s a popular stop, so yeah, you might see a few other boats, but it never loses that “whoa” vibe. Mornings are best if you want it more peaceful.

No shops, no beach bars, just you, your kayak, and nature doing its thing. Big Lagoon is an El Nido classic, and trust me, it totally lives up to the hype.
