Энши-Каньон (Enshi Grand Canyon)

Enshi Grand Canyon is located in Hubei Province, in the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. This is not just one canyon, but a huge natural park, combining deep chasms, high rock pillars, underground rivers, caves, and lush forests. How to get there - By plane - The nearest airport is Xuan'en Airport (恩施许家坪机场, ENH). It receives flights from major Chinese cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, etc.). From the airport, you can get to the canyon by taxi or bus (often with a transfer in Enshi). By train - Enshi has a modern high-speed railway station (恩施站, Enshi Railway Station). Trains depart from Wuhan (about 2 hours), Chongqing (about 2.5 hours), Yichang, and other cities. This is the most convenient option. Regular tourist buses depart from Enshi Bus Station (near the train station) directly to the park entrance. Travel time is approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Enshi Canyon is a must-see for nature lovers. Be prepared for a long walk up and down stairs, but the views are worth it. This is a magnificent and unforgettable place.
