On the sea side close to the North Male Atoll, Patina Maldives Resort occupies a newly built sustainable artificial island. The meeting of water and light illuminates the dreamlike scene into reality, guiding travelers who escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to a blooming summer.
The hotel's design team consists of StudioMK27, landscape designers and several artists. The designers took the ecological environment of the site as inspiration, fully considered the protection of the canopy line and plant landscape, strictly controlled the height of the building within a certain range, and added a series of pocket spaces interspersed in the beach to accommodate social activities and hidden living places, using sandy-colored materials and natural textures to create visual continuity.
