The coldest wave of the year is upon us❄️⛄️
I needed to warm up, so I went for hotpot👍

This restaurant has two sessions, from 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with a two-hour limit.

It's a bit of a hidden gem👍
And it's spacious, with only three tables and a private room.
It has a very calming atmosphere😊

When I made my reservation, I ordered the 6,500 yen course + monthly soup for 500 yen✨✨
The monthly soup for February was hot and sour soup💝

The aroma of medicinal herbs hit me the moment I entered💕
The hotpot was already prepared at my table👍

The staff made the dipping sauce for me! This was so incredibly delicious! 😋

First, I tried the soup.
It was so tasty, and the broth was amazing! 👍

The mushrooms and vegetables were brought out, and I was told to put the mushrooms in the pot first to make the mushroom broth. 😊
Then I tried the vegetables...they were so delicious!

I thought they were wood ear mushrooms, but it turned out they were dashi mushrooms.
I was told I could eat them, so I did, and they were so delicious I thought it would be a shame to just use them for the broth. 💕

The pork was loin and belly.
The meat was so fluffy! ❤️ I was a little surprised.
The chicken was fluffy even though it was simmered for quite a while. 😊 It was so delicious! 😋

The ramen at the end was also amazing.
