[Fukuoka Trip] A restaurant with a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices

When I went to Fukuoka,
I went shopping at Canal City,
and looked for a place to have lunch nearby❣️

It had a very nice atmosphere,
like a traditional Japanese restaurant,
but it was very reasonable and
a restaurant that you can easily visit🥰

You can enjoy dishes made with a wide variety of carefully selected seasonal ingredients

・Freshly cooked clay pot rice
・Miso soup
・Dessert

Starting with chawanmushi of mategai shellfish...
Assorted seasonal appetizers, sashimi, overnight dried chicken wings, boiled sea bream...

And clay pot rice🍚

Plump and fluffy On top of the Yatsuya rice,
we put plenty of freshly shaved bonito flakes,
and top it with rich Shichiyama egg yolk and soy sauce,
and then we have egg on rice.

It's a very simple combination,
but it's irresistibly delicious 🥰🥰🥰

The rice is the highest quality blend rice
selected by a "Five Star Rice Meister"
according to the seasons,
and cooked with Hita Tenryo water 😳

All the dishes
were made with care and time for the ingredients ✨

For dessert,
we had white wine jelly with dekopon to remove the alcohol,
and we were completely satisfied❣️

The staff's service was also excellent,
and we had a wonderful time 🥰
