[Fukuoka Trip] Michelin Two Star

During a trip to Fukuoka,
I went to a slightly luxurious meal to celebrate a relative's birthday☺️

A Japanese restaurant located in a residential area of ​​Sumiyoshi

《Omakase Course》

□ Appetizer... Sea urchin, grated tofu, delicious dashi jelly

□ Simmered dish... Conger eel, watercress

□ Sashimi... Sea bream, squid (Aori aged for 3 days), swordfish

□ Rice steamed with boiled conger eel and new lotus root

□ Hassun... Peach and water eggplant with white dressing, white shrimp and water spinach, sesame mackerel, soft boiled octopus, deep-fried mexicali with rice crackers, specialty tamagoyaki

□ Grilled dish... Salt-grilled sweetfish

□ Mixed dish... Kamo eggplant, Nanjing, taro , Manganji pepper

□Rice...hairy crab rice, red miso soup

□Fruit...Miyazaki mango, watermelon, melon, cherries, blueberries, cider jelly

□Sweets...mizu yokan

□Matcha

Everything we ate was really delicious,
and the presentation and tableware were beautiful,
so we could enjoy it with all five senses🥰

In particular, the perfectly grilled salted sweetfish and
the freshly cooked hairy crab rice were superb❣️

Above all,
the very friendly personality of the chef and
the warm hospitality of the staff were wonderful,
and we had a wonderful time✨
