Galle Dutch Fort is such an amazing spot! Strolling along the stone paths of this UNESCO World Heritage site feels like stepping back into the Dutch colonial era. The ancient walls, lighthouse, and historic churches and museums are brimming with stories. The fort’s winding alleys are lined with charming cafes and boutique shops, with the Indian Ocean breeze making it so relaxing! Sure, some areas feel a bit commercialized, but the blend of old and new is just captivating.
