🍞 Sweet Thai Indulgence at Cheevit Cheeva Eco Botanic

The family and I dropped by Cheevit Cheeva one afternoon, curious about this new Thai dessert spot that recently opened at Eco Botanic. The vibe reminded us of the popular “After You” cafes in Bangkok — cozy, trendy, and clearly dessert-focused.

We tried their signature toast with kaya and shredded coconut, and wow — the toast was beautifully done. Buttery, crisp on the outside, and fluffy inside. The Thai-style kaya had a silky texture and a gentle eggy sweetness that paired wonderfully with the fragrant toast. The shredded coconut added a lovely bite and gave the dish some extra character.

We also had the Nutella strawberry waffle — crispy on the outside, soft inside, with a generous smear of Nutella and fresh strawberries on top. Rich, satisfying, and definitely a hit with the kids.

Washed it all down with Thai tea (less sugar), which was brewed just right — strong tea flavor without being cloying. The environment was very conducive for an afternoon chill-out, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

For fans of modern Thai-style desserts, this place is definitely worth checking out.
