Glenorchy's lakefront features several striking red houses, creating a striking contrast against the emerald green water and towering mountains in the distance. Children excitedly pointed at them, imagining themselves living in fairytale houses and exploring. Jet boats roared across the lake, splashing water, and the children watched intently as the boats tumbled and darted across the surface, thrilling and intrigued.

Although we were a little disappointed that we couldn't kayak on the Dart River this time, the children still explored the lake, collecting rocks, and observing waterfowl, filled with excitement and curiosity. Adults, on the other hand, admired the lake and mountains, enjoying this tranquil and magnificent natural beauty.

Glenorchy combines magnificent scenery, vibrant architecture, and exciting water activities. Even a simple stroll along the lake allows children to fully experience the wonder and vitality of nature, with every step filled with surprises and joyful moments spent together.
