Stay at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter and enjoy the prime views of Guiyang

Sofitel is a French luxury brand under Accor, renowned for its authentic opulence and fusion of local culture with the new French art de vivre. The Sofitel Guiyang Hunter is the first French luxury hotel in Guizhou Province.

The concierge is located on the first floor, while the hotel lobby is on the 55th floor, requiring an additional elevator transfer to reach the rooms. Friends mentioned that the hotel itself is somewhat older but appears to have been renovated, as it's well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and feel relatively new, with a comfortable bathroom. The city view from the window isn't particularly stunning but is quite open.

The guest room I stayed in this time offered an excellent view. I particularly loved the expansive glass windows showcasing the bustling cityscape outside. By the window sits a large bathtub. When the electric curtains open, the city's beauty gradually unfolds before your eyes.

Sofitel's dining options are truly distinctive. You can enjoy afternoon tea at the lobby bar, and for dinner, the Cloud Nine Western Restaurant is a must-try. Located on the 57th floor—the highest accessible level in the hotel—the restaurant exudes French elegance throughout. The open kitchen and food stations encircle nearly the entire dining area, offering an extensive selection of global cuisines to savor at Sofitel.
