I always thought of Hakuba as a winter destination, but I was so wrong! I recently visited in the summer and was completely blown away by how beautiful it is. Even from a distance, the snow-capped mountains are absolutely gorgeous and provide a stunning backdrop to the lush green scenery. The air was so fresh, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature without the winter crowds.
