๐DAY 1 โ Hallstatt: Relax in a picturesque lakeside village
๐ Salzburg or Vienna โ Hallstatt (Train + ferry combination recommended!)
๐จ After checking in to your accommodation, pack your bags, and head out for a stroll around the village.
๐ The walk along the lakeside is truly cinematic! It's perfect for taking pictures. ๐ธ
๐ถ If you have time, take a boat ride or rent a bike and explore.
โช Hallstatt Cathedral and the Ossuary also offer a unique atmosphere.
๐ End the day with local food and wine at a lakeside restaurant. ๐ท

๐DAY 2 โ Bad Ischl: The City of Hot Springs and Emperors
๐ In the morning, travel from Hallstatt to Bad Ischl (~40 minutes).
๐ Visit the Kaiser Villa, the summer retreat of Emperor Franz Joseph.
๐ As expected from a historic hot spring town, we also recommend a European-style spa or foot bath! โ In the afternoon, enjoy traditional Austrian desserts at the Zauner Cafรฉ (especially the Sachertorte๐ฐ)
๐ End the day in a quiet, local atmosphere

๐DAY 3 โ St. Gilgen & Wolfgangsee: A peaceful lakeside town
๐ Morning transfer to St. Gilgen (~30 minutes)
๐ก Take the cable car up to Zwรถlferhorn for breathtaking views of the Alps! ๐๏ธ
๐ฅ๏ธ Come down and enjoy a cruise on Lake Wolfgang โ the tranquil waters are perfect for relaxing.
๐ถ Explore the charming alleyways of the village where Mozart's mother was born.

Enjoy a cup of tea at a lakeside cafe during sunset. โ

๐DAY 4 โ Return to Salzburg ๐
๐งณ Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and check out.
๐๏ธ Stop by a souvenir shop for a little shopping โ salt, chocolate, and ceramics are recommended. ๐
๐ Take the train back to Salzburg (or Vienna).
