Flower Harbor Park
Few people visit in the morning. You can watch the sunrise over Leifeng Pagoda from the Lakeside Residence terrace.
Solitary Hill Park
Navigate to "Xiling Bridge." This area has the densest lotus flowers. Stroll along Beishan Street to capture Hangzhou's most romantic corner.
Willow-wave-Orioles Park
Navigate to "New Henghe Bridge." A hidden wonderland lies beneath the bridge, starting in May.
I Heart You Pavilion
You need to take a boat. The pavilion is on the central island of the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon.
Prince Bay Park
I would call this the most beautiful park in Hangzhou. Strolling on the matcha-green lawn is very pleasant.
Cuiguang Pavilion
The illuminated pavilion on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings offers stunning views of the West Lake sunset and night scenery.
Jixian Pavilion
One of the 18 scenic spots of West Lake, it's the most popular spot for sunset photography. Surrounded by the lake on three sides, Baochu Pagoda lights up after 7 p.m.
Baochu Pagoda
A great location for watching the sunrise. Climb to the top for a panoramic view of West Lake. Navigate to "Baochu Pagoda Front Mountain Road." There's a parking lot. You can take the bus to "Geling" and then hike up the mountain.
Jingci Temple
A great spot for viewing Leifeng Pagoda. Home to "Evening Bell at Nanping Mountain," one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake. Leifeng Pagoda is just across the road.
Wansong Academy Sky Corridor
Navigate to "White Snake Flying Over." The corridor is in the forest, perfect for a cool stroll after dinner.
Guo Villa
Originally named "Fenyang Villa," it's a stunning late Qing Dynasty Jiangnan garden.
Longjing Village
Far from the city center, but the vast tea plantations here are truly beautiful.
Ten Mile Long Causeway
Hike up the mountain from Longjing Village. The summit offers a panoramic view of West Lake.
Qianjiang Century City Night View
Navigate to "City Balcony." Here, you can photograph various landmarks. The light show after 7:30 p.m. is beautiful. If you have time, take a sightseeing cruise to enjoy the Qiantang River night view.
