#Gold-PlatedToilet
#Gold-PlatedBathtub
The moment I checked into the Wyndham Dolce Hanoi Golden Lake, I wondered if I'd won the lottery.
The bathtub and toilet were gold, and even flushing felt like I'd doubled my wealth. I took photos and uploaded them, and my friends immediately asked, "Are you staying at the Royal Palace?"
The rooftop pool was insane; the water was so shimmering I almost had to wear sunglasses before I even dared to dip in. The breakfast options were so plentiful I wondered if I was just there for a buffet, not a trip.
But! The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the Old Quarter, and I had to rely on Grab for transportation every day. I instantly felt like a chauffeured tycoon (well, at least in my imagination).
Summary: This hotel is perfect for those who want to experience the "living life of royalty for a day." While your wallet might not break the bank, your social media posts will still make you think you're a nouveau riche. Stay once, and you'll brag about it for years!
The Dolce at Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake is Vietnam's and the world's first gold-plated hotel, adorned with 99,999 tonnes of gold both inside and out. This is a world record-breaking hotel with the most gold-plated furniture, dishes, and beverages in the world.
The impressive gilded bricks are all made of 100% imported 24-karat gold.
The breakfast included a gold-leaf steak that was incredibly juicy and tender. The breakfast was truly hearty!
The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is shimmering with gold, and the gold-plated bathtub, toilet, and sink are truly impressive. The bathrooms all have TOTO bidets, which are very comfortable. The staff were friendly and their foreign language skills were decent. I would definitely stay again.
