Harbin 2025 - snowy dreamy

Harbin trip is like a dreamy trip of mine. January is the peak winter season which can reach -20 amd below. During my visit of 4 days in Harbin the lowest I ever experienced was -27!!! Its freezing cold and cool…here is my journal for 4 days in lovely Harbin.

Day 1- Check in Harbin Sweet Post Office Youth Hostel. Direct to the Daowai Mosque area, Sophia Square and then to Zhongyang Street.

Day 2- Volga Manor using DiDi. Its quite convenient to transport using Didi here in Harbin. Ticket for Volga Manor is 168 yuan per pax. I spent for about 3 hours there playing with the snow. After that I repeat Zhongyang street for shopping.

Day 3- Songhua River sightseeing, ride the cableway starting from the Snow Castle to the Sun Island. It is easy and beautiful scenery of Songhua river. After that I roam around the Shn Island dPark before go to the Ice & Snow World using metro line 3. I enjoyed the Ice & Snow World theme park with riding the ice slide, tube sliding. Its cold there make sure you wear proper attire.

Day 4 - I visit the morning market at the Daowai Mosque area shopping all kinds of nuts and fruits. Its very fresh and delicious. After that I went to the Diamond Sea or known as Beach Tribe at the west Harbin near the Sun Island using DiDi. Its was very beautiful and stunning view. To get the sunset vibe and most perfect color view make sure to arrive after 3.00 pm until 4.30pm. After 4.30pm the police guard at the gate will not allow entrance anymore. I repeat Sophia square for the last shopping spree as souvenir😃😃

Thats wrap up of my travel journal at the lovely Harbin#travel . The temperature is negative but the people is positive. I love the people they are friendly to the tourist and very helpful. A must visit place.
