Hiroshima|The unique Hiroshima Tsukemen, Hiroshima Nofu is full of love for Hiroshima

There are many kinds of tsukemen, the most common of which is made with seafood broth; but in Hiroshima there is a kind of tsukemen that is unique, so unique that it was even reported on the TV show "County People's Show" (called "Japanese Wonderful People's Show" in Taiwan). I ate it once in Hiroshima a few years ago and have never forgotten it. I must try it every time I come to Hiroshima.
The cold noodles are topped with blanched chilled cabbage, a small mountain of shredded cucumbers, shredded green onions, barbecued pork and a half-boiled egg. The most special thing is the dipping sauce, which is a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds and special sauce. Every bite is full of sesame aroma. Since there are a lot of vegetables, you can feel full and guilt-free when eating it.
Hiroshima Nofu has another name called Bomb House. It briefly opened a store on Yongkang Street in 2009. Now its main branches are in Hiroshima, with one branch downstairs of APA Hotel in front of the bridge and the other in the battle zone of the station.
In addition to tsukemen, fried oysters, super-large fried chicken, and Hiroshima-style dishes are also its signature dishes. It sells dishes mainly based on Hiroshima's specialties. The store is decorated like a festival stall, and the walls are covered with signed jerseys of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. This is also a famous store that players, fans and artists like to visit. There is also a special drink in the store, Chibo, which is a lactic acid drink produced in Hiroshima since the 1950s. It is not easy to find on the market nowadays. The store turned Chibo into a highball cocktail, which is very popular among locals.
If you go to Hiroshima, you might as well try the Hiroshima-no-kaze, which is the most "Hiroshima-style".
