[Oita Gourmet] A lovely long-established eel restaurant in a Japanese-style building

We went to Unagi Sagi-tei Rotir in Hita City, Oita Prefecture

A long-established eel restaurant founded in 1943♪
A wonderful shop with Japanese-style architecture 𖠿𖧧
The gate was so beautiful🥺💕︎

The view of the Misumi River spreads out across the entire window, and you can even see the white heron that is the origin of the store's name🕊️

Bone crackers
Eel and sashimi
Chawanmushi
Liver soup
Pickles included

The eels are carefully selected from Osumi, Kagoshima
The dishes are mainly Onta ware
The seiro is a custom-made item made by a shipwright in Okawa 🔖.·

A blissful moment eating crispy kabayaki with steamed rice...

It was the best😮💨

It was a wonderful restaurant that was featured in Soignée and combines casual, smart, and rich♪

Next time, I'd like to go to the sister restaurant, Teppanyaki🫢︎💕︎
