[Japan🇯🇵] Hitoyoshi Ryokan Nabeya

I stayed at Nabeya in Hitoyoshi Onsen and had a truly satisfying time. After recovering from the heavy rain disaster in 2020, the new building has become a modern and sophisticated space, and the rooms overlooking the Kuma River were spacious and clean. In particular, the dinner of innovative cuisine using local ingredients was impressive, with its original ideas and careful cooking. In addition, the hot spring water is thick and flows directly from the source, and bathing while watching the flow of the Kuma River was a blissful moment. The warm hospitality of the staff was also impressive, and the greetings from the proprietress and chef were also memorable. Nabeya, where you can experience the nature and history of Hitoyoshi with all five senses, is a wonderful inn that makes you want to visit again.
