You need to go to Alluvia to get their chocolates. Super good as souveniors.

Not super touristy places to enjoy really good Vietnamese Food:

Bahn Mi Grandma Lu's (viet style baguette)
Pho Cao Van (rice vermicelli with beef)
Bún Riêu Gánh Chợ Bến Thành (crab noodle soup)
