I haven't been to Kennedy Town for a long time. I happened to have dinner at a nearby restaurant that day, so I came to take a look🚶🏻. Kennedy Town, located at the westernmost part of Hong Kong Island, is named after the seventh Governor of Hong Kong, Arthur Edward Kennedy. It is one of the earliest areas developed by British colonial rulers. Walking out of the subway station, it is the busiest area in the city center of Kennedy Town🔥. You can see many tenement buildings, many of which are witnesses of more than half a century of history. But you will also see some new luxury houses mixed in these old tenement buildings.
